Fall Festival ... Oh, what a night!!

We had a GREAT night of fun, fellowship ... and candy last night. The Father has brought to us a great support system of friends who already feel like family. The kids were excited to spend time with their friends (as were we), we made a new friend on the drive there, and we came home with more candy than we can possibly consume. It was a fun and relaxing night, and a reminder that His grace is sufficient for His children.

Our family picture ... minus Elizabeth ... plus Hank, the Scarecrow. Elizabeth was there for about 20 minutes but was then picked up by another friend for a sleepover.

The party was held on the terrace of some of our new friends (fellow Razorbacks btw). It was a perfect place to let the kids be kids. The view was one of the highlights of the night.

And some really good times with some really good friends....

Our new friend who drove us there ... a great heart and a great laugh. We got to share a little with him on the way home. We also had to stop by and get some petrol!!

Surprised that anyone could sleep with all the sugar intake, but Emma managed to catch a short nap.

The LOOT ... never heard of some of the candy but in the taste buds of a kid, candy is candy!!
