This is the water line that runs to our water filter. I don't know if you can tell, but there is string hanging out from around where it was tightened together. I guess they use this instead of plumber's tape? So far, no drips, but we hear that this will inevitably come.

After the wedding yesterday, some new friends suggested we visit the neighboring bizarre. I'm always up for a great new shopping adventure! We found this carved 'book holder' that we have placed in a special area in our foyer to hold our B!
ble in the local language.
Apparently we missed the
VCD when it came out....we went from VHS to DVD! These are all over and play like a DVD, but one movie fits onto 2 or 3 disks instead of all onto one. We found these for around $1.33 each!

This is the tea we use to make iced tea. It has a few leaves in it and is very, very good tea!

Speaking of leaves....can you see the leaves in these 2 pictures? They look like they have been picked off of some trees outside and tossed in with the other veggies. They kind of taste like what you would imagine a leaf off a tree would taste like. This dish was brought over by a very sweet neighbor. We are trying to be good sports at trying new things. When we welcome learning new things, others are more open to hearing and learning new things from us.

This is the little packet of seasoning that we get every time we order fries from McDonald's, along with a paper sack that is for the purpose of tossing the fries to coat with the seasoning. We are glad they give us the option!!! Plain with salt suits us just fine.
