Starry Night Taco Cups
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup catsup
1 tbs chili powder (we didn't use nearly that much!)
1 tsp salt
12 flour tortillas
Lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, sour cream

Cook meat and onion until done, drain. Add other ingredients and heat through. Cut each tortilla in a 4 inch square. Microwave for 20 seconds. Press into the bottom of a greased muffin pan. Set aside. Cut tortilla scraps into stars (with a cookie cutter) and strips, bake for 6 minutes at 350. Fill each tortilla cup with 2 tbs. meat mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with toppings, garnish with toasted stars.
