Some friendly kids on a "band bus." They all had their musical instruments in their hands but were very excited to help us out with a little photo op!!
Still not real sure what this is all about. We'll have to do more research, but it seems that these fields could have possibly once been under water as the workers looked to be harvesting sea salt?????? In front of the fields were little stands that were selling bags of this white stuff. As Billy Joel would say .... "we may be wrong, but we may be ri-ight!!"
Almost back to Bangkok!

We had no idea the city had 16 million people until our taxi driver told us.... 
We still get excited when we see this billboard!!
Our taxi driver, Audey, is Buddhist. We have his contact card and have used him twice now. We have enjoyed building a relationship with him and even got the opportunity today to tell him how much the Son loves him. We look forward to seeing what the Father will do through our friendship while here in this city.
We made it back home and enjoyed looking at some of the souvenirs from the day, including Emma's Thai silk elephant that she really "needed." This was her purchase of the day and though it will never take the place of Lambie, she is sleeping with it tonight!!
