On the road again ... this time in Conway!!

After our weekend camping trip to Petit Jean a week ago, we got up early last Monday morning and drove to Conway just in time to drop the kids off at VBS. We are so thankful for all the great friends we got to see, the great food we got to eat, and the great fellowship we got to experience in the days we were there. G*d is good to continue to build memories in our hearts. As our time comes to an end here in the states, He will use these many memories throughout the next few months to give us what we need when we need it.

Some of our special friends are Jerry and Carmen. We left Conway almost 2 years ago and each time we go home for a visit, these dear friends provide us with a place to call home during our temporary stay. We have grown to love them as family and will sure miss our early morning talks around the breakfast table.



The kids had a blast at VBS with a little trip to the Australian Outback. Friday night was the big musical and they all 3 got to participate with their friends. As we were sitting in the congregation surrounded by people we love, it was almost as if we never left. And what a joy it was to sit and listen to the kids sing His praises!!

The "cookie fellowship" after the program wasn't too bad either...

"Mr. & Mrs. M" - Bill and Jonnie have taught in the M room for the last 10 years and do a phenomenal job!!

Steve's former co-workers threw him a going away party at one of the local pizza joints in town. They have been such huge supporters of what all has been going on the last couple years.

It doesn't matter how much time passes by, we are always able to pick back up where we left off.

We always have a fun time at the Reynold's home...last week was no exception!!

Ken and Pat have really become special to us ... and the cooking that comes out of Pat's kitchen is indescribable. Thanks for a wonderful and enJOYable evening, friends!!

A night at the Nelson's - friends that you can kick back with and just be. Lots of food and a whole lot of laughs. Not sure who had more fun, the kids or the big people. Thanks so much for fitting us in and letting us all hang out at your place!!

We enjoyed our time with Marnie, Fraser and Pearl as well as the Wofford's!! We even got to help put together the VBS worker gifts.

We met the Bowling's for breakfast on our way out of town last Saturday morning and got one more "Stoby's fix" before leaving Conway. We got there for breakfast and decided it was time to leave when the lunch crowd started making their way in. You just can't go wrong with Stoby's!!

This pretty much sums up how we all felt after our week, but none of us would go back and change anything about it. Thank You, Father, for the way you minister to our hearts through Your people.
