Camp 3:23

Our family just loves church camp ... so we were thrilled that He made it possible for Elizabeth and Noah to spend a few days in Bastrop, TX recently with many of their closest friends learning more about their Savior.

Nothing sweeter than watching kids worship, especially when two of those kids are yours...
A time for daily devotion...
And team spirit...
The kids got to choose two activities. Fishing was one of Noah's activities while Elizabeth chose cooking and crafts.
Lots of swimming...
And other games...the smiles tell the story.
They came back so excited and talked nonstop until all the stories were told. They had a great week of learning more about our Creator as well going deeper in their friendships.
They also got to stop by Waco on their way back and tour the Dr. Pepper museum. The highlight came when they found out they were going to create their own Dr. Pepper drink.
A great week to Him be the glory!!!

Love camp! that is where my gang is now. Of course I won't have any awesome pictures like you, because your friend Kev hates carrying a camera around! Ugh!

What a great week! Jessica went to Joyworks at OBU this year, which was great, too, but not quite the same thing. Church camp here is the same week we're going to Idaho to do a wedding, so...maybe next year.
Mike's parents used to live between Bastrop and Smithville, by the way!
