A Cajun send off...

Our Louisiana friends, Steve and Donis, invited us to their home for a little cajun cuisine last night, complete with some Baton Rouge catfish and crawfish etouffee. We weren't really sure about the etouffee, but it has now made its way into 'one-of-our-new-favorite-foods' category. Donis went above and beyond in the kitchen. After spending the last few weeks surrounded by boxes, it was nice to get away and hang out with friends. The Raborns were great hosts and we will definitely miss them.
