I guess its more common for people to reflect on the past year on New Year's Day, but for us June 26 of this year marks a year of much change. It was June 26 of last year that we pulled out of our home in Fort Worth and truly began more than just talking about this crazy journey. We dove in. Since June 26, 2009, we have lived in Arkansas for a month, Virginia for 2 months, Arkansas for 2 weeks, South Asia for almost 4 months, Arkansas for 5 weeks, South Asia for 2 1/2 months, Thailand for 5 weeks, and now we've been back in South Asia for 1 month. Its certainly not been the kind of year we would have anticipated, but the Father assures us that His ways are not our ways. To mark our journey from Conway, AR, to Fort Worth, TX, and onward to South Asia, we placed our stone of Ebenezer near our front door to always remind us of the Father's presence, guidance, and supernatural power in our lives. Read more about that stone here:

When things seem crazy around here, as they often do, this serves as a glorious reminder to us that it is the L0rd who directs our steps.

The kids told me of your new stone. Father knew exactly when you would need it most and there it was. I am so glad that you have His assurance and know that the faithfulness of the Father is yours...and mine.
I love you five.
We sang 'Great is Thy Faithfulness' this morning and I had tears in my eyes, thinking of some things in my own life and some BIG things in yours. Can't wait to see what's in store! Lifting you up, constantly.
Love y'all tons.
I have a vase full of stones now, as reminders of answers. We're lifting you up, too!
