Grandmother and Poppies for Thanksgiving

We got to spend more time than usual with family this Thanksgiving and are so grateful for the moments we were together. One of the highlights was the "brace burning" party we had in Poppie's honor. Since Poppie's surgery was so successful and the doctors feel certain that he will gain full use of foot, we took 7-8 of his old braces and surprised him with a bonfire as the grandkids each took a brace and tossed it into the fire. It was great fun and we even followed it up with a marshmallow roast afterwards!! Poppie continues to improve with each passing day...



We enjoyed lots of family time....
