Beth Moore Live and In Person!

My sweet husband surprised me a few weeks ago and told me that he had secured 2 tickets to a taping of Life Today when Beth Moore was to be the special guest! Woohoo! Anybody that knows me knows that going to see Beth is better than going to Disney World in my book! Ha! So, me and Maribeth loaded up and drove to Euless late this afternoon and enjoyed a neat time together and heard great and powerful personal testimonies of the power and working of God in the lives of real, ordinary people who simply love Je$us.

Beth's hubbie, Keith came out at the end.
It was neat being in the studio and seeing all the lights and cameras and a whole bunch of women and a few brave men there to hear God's testimony through Beth. (REAL MEN DO BETH MOORE BIBLE STUDIES!) Ha!

Yes, we are self-professed Beth Groupies.
James and Betty Robison are hosts of the show Life Today.....and Wednesdays with Beth is a great, great Bible study to watch every week.

It was such a fun thing to get to do and its always uplifting and encouraging to go to something like this....the main topic was on the joy of giving to others, not expecting anything in return but rather being on the lookout for opportunities to bless others or be there for others....to get out of our self-absorbed little worlds and look for someone we can help in some kind of way, any kind of way, investing in the lives of those around us because we may be the only Je$us they ever see. What a challenge and what a wonderful reminder for us all.
